The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The location allows for easy exploration of the area.
The room was quite small, and I felt a little claustrophobic (I really didn't expect that). Soundproofing was poor. I could hear the guest next door. This made it hard to sleep well. These issues definitely impacted my overall experience.

Wonderful Hotel in a Central Location

I was very grateful for the excellent service and convenient location near Place Kléber. The tram from the train station was convenient, and the walk to the hotel took only three minutes. I also appreciate the concierge. They helped secure dinner reservations at Le Clou well in advance via email.
The parking was challenging. Hotel parking was not possible. I had a long walk from the public garage. (It was quite inconvenient!)

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices to start the day (especially the pastries!). The restaurant staff was attentive. I also noticed the availability of to-go cups for early morning coffee.

The concierge provided helpful recommendations for local attractions and transportation options. The front desk staff was efficient during check-in and check-out, answering questions quickly. I found the staff's language skills to be excellent. They were able to communicate effectively in multiple languages.

The hotel is located just off Place Kléber, very convenient. The proximity to the Cathédrale Notre-Dame is only a short walk. The hotel's central position allowed easy access to many shops and restaurants.
